Nearly there!

Just a few hours to go before we jet off to the mountains, valleys and glaciers of Switzerland. One final reminder about luggage weight (max. 20kg) and security checks on hand luggage please.

Last minute reminders

 Here are some last minute reminders before we leave for Switzerland on Friday:-

a)   Please be at school at the normal time on Friday 1^st July, so that we can get organised and leave for the airport on time. If you have any problems on that morning, I will be contactable via the College reception.

b)    Hoodies, workbooks, ID cards and luggage labels will be given out on Friday morning before our departure – please allow room for these items in your luggage.

c)   Some snacks will be provided by the College for our journey, but the pupils will need some English money for lunch in Liverpool Airport. They will also need Swiss Francs for the majority of the trip and some Euros for the last day in Chamonix, France.

d)   While one towel is provided by the hotel, the pupils will need an extra towel for swimming. Please remember that as this is an educational field trip, the pupils will need to be suitably equipped.

e)   Please keep luggage to a maximum of one main piece, bearing in mind the airline’s weight restriction of 20kg, and only one piece of hand luggage. Absolutely no sharp implements should be packed in the hand luggage and any liquids, gels, etc. (which must be less than 100ml in size) must be contained in a clear plastic bag.

f)   Finally, please ensure that you have arranged collection from Liverpool Airport for the evening of Wednesday 6^th July. Flight EZY7286 should land at approximately 10.45pm.
